TREAT Huey and Dominic Inglot of Great Britain reached the men’s doubles finals by toppling the top-seeded pair only to lose to hometown bets Andre Begemann and Martin Emmrich in the finals Sunday in the Power Horse Cup ATP 250 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Huey and Inglot stunned top picks Daniel Brands of Germany and Igor Sijsling of Netherlands, 6-2, 6-7 (7-2), 10-5, in Friday’s semifinals.
