LONDON — Defending champion Roger Federer eased into the Wimbledon second round on Monday with a 6-3, 6-2, 6-0 win over Romania’s Victor Hanescu.
The third-seeded, seven-time winner will face Sergiy Stakhovsky of the Ukraine for a place in the last 32.
