MANILA, Philippines – Nigerian forward Nosa Omorogbe scored 19 points as University of Perpetual Help repelled Lyceum, 71-66, Saturday in the NCAA Season 89 men’s basketball tournament at the Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.

Guard Juneric Baloria added 18 more for the Altas, who hiked their record to 3-1.

Perpetual Help held a double-digit lead at halftime, 42-30, before the Pirates responded by outscoring the Pirates, 25-11, in the third quarter.

Both teams went neck-and-neck in the final period before Baloria uncorked a triple that gave the lead back to the Altas for good, 62-59, with 5:29 remaining.
