‘Dabarkads’ derby kicks off new Pasay schedule


AT LEAST 40 cockers and gamefowl breeders are competing in the Dabarkads 3-Cock Derby backed by Sagupaan Complexor 3000 this Friday at Pasay City Cockpit.

Pit managers Eric dela Rosa and Butchoy Olano said the derby hosted by the Pasay Dabarkads group requires an entry fee of P5,500.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Bermudo’s entry “John Paul and Bayaw Flying Dragons” ruled the Gerry Maningas 3-Cock Derby at PCC last Monday.

The PCC will also stage the Butchoy Sentenciador 3-Cock Derby on Aug. 2, PCC Circuit 3-Cock Derby on Aug. 5, Pahabol Sa Taglugon 4-Cock Derby on Aug. 9 and the LGBA Stagwars 5-Stag Derby on Aug. 16, 23 and 26.
