Manny Pacquiao yesterday sweated it out in General Santos City as he finally started preparations for a career-defining welterweight fight with Mexican-American Brandon Rios on Nov. 24 at Cotai Arena of Venetian Macao.

Trainer Buboy Fernandez supervised the light training of Pacquiao, who is out to bounce back from a sixth-round knockout loss to bitter rival Juan Manuel Marquez.       Roy Luarca
