UAAP postpones Wednesday’s men and women’s basketball games

MANILA, Philippines – The UAAP cancelled its men and women’s basketball games set for Wednesday (August 21) as tropical storm “Maring” showed no signs of slowing down Tuesday.

“Due to continuous rain and flood around the Metro, we are canceling UAAP Basketball Men and Women tomorrowAugust 21,”  said league secretary-treasurer Malou Isip of host Adamson in an advisory.

Games pitting University of the Philippines against University of the East and Ateneo against University of Santo Tomas will be rescheduled to a later date.
