Nat’l Bakbakan launch set at MOA tomorrow



GAMEFOWL enthusiasts converge tomorrow at SMX Convention Center at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City as the National Federation of Gamefowl Breeders (NFGB) launches the 2013 National Bakbakan 11-stag derby.

Highlight of the three-day  affair is the Bakbakan Stag Grand Auction on Aug 31. where 36 stags will spar.  Proceeds will be donated to  victims of Tropical Storm Maring.

NFGB, the umbrella organization of 36 breeders associations, together with the United Broiler Raisers Association and National Federation of Egg Producers of the Philippines, have invited 40 breeders, including those from as Bacolod, Zamboanga and South Cotabato.
