‘Bakbakan’ elims under way at PCC
With more than 6,000 entries already in the fold, the NFGB National Bakbakan 11-Stag Derby resumes today at Pasay City Cockpit with Sagupaan Complexor 3000 as chief supporter.
A participant must score at least two points to reach the semifinals on Dec. 7 at Roligon.
Qualifiers from the national eliminations last Nov. 22, 23 and 28 will have their semifinal round on Sunday, also at PCC.
Out of 143 participants from that eliminations, more than 50 have qualified to the semifinal round on Sunday.
The grand finals for seven pointers only is on Dec. 16 at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
“Bakbakan” is spearheaded by the National Federation of Gamefowl Breeders, the umbrella organization of 36 breeders groups nationwide.
