Gilas holds off PBA stars in All-Star game

MANILA, Philippines — Gilas Pilipinas fought off the PBA Selection squad, 101-93, in the main event of this year’s All-Star Weekend Sunday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

It was the Nationals’ first game together since their historic runner-up finish in the Fiba Asia Championship last August.

Gary David was named the All-Star MVP after scoring 15 points.
