Ateneo, Philab eye PSC title

MANILA, Philippines — It’s youth against experience when Ateneo and Philab collide for the PSC Commissioners’ Cup championship Saturday at Rizal Memorial Baseball Stadium.

The Eagles, back-to-back UAAP champions, are out to make their mark in the sport that has long been the domain of the seasoned Ballbusters.

The title match is set at 11 a.m. after the 8 a.m. battle between UST and Philippine Air Force for third place.

Philab coach Hashim Omandac said pride will be at stake for his boys, who form the core of the national team.
