VICTORIA Pelejo, mother-in-law of The Daily Tribune sportswriter Julius Manicad, passed away last Thursday, July 24, due to complications caused by diabetes.

She was 64.

She is survived by husband Manolito, children Janine, Jackie and Justice, and grandson Rajko Antonio.

Her remains lie in state at the St. Peter’s Chapel in Cebu City.

Internment will be announced later.
