ICTSI kiteboarding tour fires off

THE PHILIPPINE Kiteboarding Association kicks off the ICTSI Philippine Kiteboarding Tour-Season 2 today with the country’s top riders and foreign aces vying for top honors at Anguib beach in Sta. Ana, Cagayan Valley. PKA president Jay Ortiz said this year’s tour will consist of four legs and feature new destination stops. He added that top riders from Asia and Europe will spice up action.
