Riding high on a string of impressive performances, Cafe France seeks a sixth straight victory against a struggling Hapee squad Monday in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup at Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.

The Bakers have been playing with a spring in their step, shrugging off an opening-day loss to Cebuana Lhuillier on their way to five straight victories.

The Fresh Fighters, in contrast, have yet to find their groove after ruling the Aspirants’ Cup early this year.

Cagayan Valley aims to extend its winning streak to four games when it battles Kera Mix in the second game at 3 p.m.

With teams jockeying for playoff positions, the game will be crucial for the Rising Suns, with a 4-2 record, to stay in pole position for a quarterfinal berth.

Sporting a 3-3 record, the Mixers are also hoping to give their playoff bid a boost with a win today.

Cafe France has the inside track to one of the two automatic semifinal spots.

The Fresh Fighters dropped their last two games, but with Adeogun back, they remain dangerous foes for the Bakers.
