Making the most of the opportunity, Chinese Taipei switched to attack mode and detonated against India, 25-17, 25-23, 25-9, to secure the fifth spot in the Asian U23 Women’s Volleyball Championship on Saturday afternoon at Philsports Arena.

Chinese Taipei was deadly from the service line with 12 service aces compared to India’s five.

Their futile second set almost became nonexistent when they turned things around in the third to the horror of India.
