JACOB Martin added the Puerto Princesa crown to his trophy collection as he overpowered Maxine Ong, 6-0, 6-0, for the boys’ 16-and-under plum while local ace Alexie Santos bagged two titles in the girls’ side of the  Palawan Pawnshop-Palawan Express Pera Padala regional age group tennis tournament at the Puerto Princesa Tennis Club in Palawan last Sunday.

Martin dropped just three games in annexing his latest victory.

“I’m hitting it solid and playing with a lot of confidence,” said the 14-year-old Martin.

Santos crushed Kryshana Hitosis, 6-0, 6-2, to claim the 18-U title and upended top seed Tracy Llamas, 6-0, 6-1, to snare the 16-U plum.
