Duremdes rues lack of second chance to prove worth as Falcons coach

Kenneth Duremdes, who was relieved of his duties as Adamson’s men’s basketball head coach on Sunday, would’ve wanted another chance to prove himself after a dismal coaching debut in the UAAP.

The Falcons finished in last place last year with a 1-13 record in their lone season under Duremdes, who was a first-time coach handling an inexperienced team following the departure of its seasoned players.

“Kasama sa trabaho natin yan eh. As coaches anytime may mangyayari hindi pabor sa atin. It’s sad kasi maganda sana kung na bigyan tayo chance bumawi kaso hindi na eh,” Duremdes told INQUIRER.net in a text message.
