It’s the Philippines vs. China once more—this time, for the hosting duties of the Fiba World Cup 2019.
Both countries have its biggest (one literally has the biggest) sporting icons on tow to support its respective bids.
China brought out Yao Ming, the transcendental NBA superstar while the Philippines has Manny Pacquiao, the only eight-division World Champion in boxing history.
Still, the Philippines should not rely on the Pacman alone and with that, some brilliant minds decided to use the hashtag #PUSO2019 to drum up support on social media.
