Ginebra strikes new apparel deal

Coinciding with the Tim Cone era in Ginebra, the crowd darlings will also be donning new gear in the 41st PBA season.

The Gin Kings partnered with World Balance, putting the company in charge of team’s red-and-white jerseys on the court.

“We are happy to announce our partnership with World Balance as our official outfitter for the upcoming PBA season,” said San Miguel sports director and Ginebra team governor Alfrancis Chua. “We are very appreciative to World Balance for their all-out support to the Ginebra team.”

This will be Ginebra’s third outfitter change in a year, after Titan in the 2015 Philippine Cup and Accel in the import-laden conferences in the 40th season.

“We also share the long and glorious history when it comes to generations of fans who love and remain loyal to both the team and the brand. The new gears the team will be wearing will reflect these shared values. Aside from that, the designs are sleeker, edgier, ultra light and will surely make a great impression to the whole Ginebra community,” said World Balance International, Inc. general manager Barnaby Chong.
