NEW YORK, United States—Novak Djokovic stormed into his sixth US Open final Friday with a 6-0, 6-1, 6-2 rout of defending champion Marin Cilic in the most one-sided New York semi-final of the modern era.

The world number one and 2011 champion now awaits the winner of the second semi-final between five-time champion Roger Federer and Stan Wawrinka, the French Open champion.
