Scalpers make a killing amid high demand for UAAP Cheerdance tickets

Scalpers naturally took advantage of the high demand for tickets to the 2015 UAAP Cheerdance Competition at the Mall of Asia Arena.

On Saturday, scalpers were seen peddling cheerdance tickets ten times its original price.

Patron tickets, which are sold for P300 over the counter, has been overpriced by scalpers to P3,000.

Same goes for general admission passes which were originally for P75 but were being sold for P600.

Lower and upper box tickets from scalper, meanwhile, were pegged from P750 to P2,000.

SM Tickets released the tickets to public on Thursday with 2:1 ticket to person ratio.
