South Korea deals Batang Gilas its 1st loss in Fiba Asia U16

The Philippines suffered its first loss in the Fiba Asia Under-16 Championship after a sorry 77-74 defeat to South Korea in the second round Monday in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Batang Gilas found its way back from a double-digit lead late in the third quarter but its comeback bid fell short with SJ Belangel missing a potential game-tying triple as time ran out.
