Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones was cited for three traffic violations in Albuquerque, New Mexico while serving his probation last month.

In a report of ESPN, the 28-year-old was charged for driving without a license, registration or proof of insurance on January 31. However, the district attorney opted to not file a violation with regard to his probation served last September.

The 205-pound MMA champ has been placed on supervised probation in September after he pleaded guilty to a felony charge for hit-and-run, leaving the scene of an accident and injuring a pregnant woman. Jones evaded jail time after entering a plea agreement.

The same report also quoted New Mexico district attorney’s office public information officer Kayla Anderson saying that the three traffic violations cited against Jones would not result in a violation of his probation.

Though the terms of Jones’ conditional discharge were undisclosed, he is expected to follow all laws while on probation. However, the state did not specify his recent violations as a condition of his probation.
