Rain or Shine outplayed Phoenix down the stretch for a 109-104 win in the 2016 PBA Commissioner’s Cup Friday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Jeff Chan scored a game-high 25 points off the bench on 7-of-12 shooting from the field, including three out of six from the three-point area to lead the Elasto Painters.

Mo Charlo and Jericho Cruz added 17 and 16 points, respective for the Painters, who tied TNT and Barangay Ginebra San Miguel in fourth place at 5-4.
