Floyd Sr.’s fighter wins via UD in non-TV PacBradley undercard

LAS VEGAS — Hometown bet Devin Haney dominated Rafael Vasquez via unanimous decision in the final fight of the non-televised undercards at MGM Grand Garden Arena here.

All three judges scored 40-36 in favor of the 17-year-old boxer, who is going by the nickname of “New Money.” He is trained by Floyd Mayweather Sr.

Oleksnadr Gvozdyk scored a second round knockout over Nadjib Mohammedi for the North American Boxing Federation title.

The 28-year-old boxer from Ukraine sent Mohammedi to the canvas with a vicious right straight.

In the other matches, Konstantin Ponomarev got a split decision over Brad Solomon, with the judges scoring 98-92, 96-94 for the Russian and 96-94 for Louisiana fighter.

Egidijus Kavaliauskas pummeled Deniz Ilbay en route to a shutout with all the judges scoring 80-72.

Meanwhile, Leon Bauer likewise was handed a unanimous decision victory over Ilshat Khusnulgatin.
