JARRED Kim pipped his fiercest rival Iñigo Anton at the line to bag his fourth consecutive victory in the Mini-ROK XCS class of the 2016 Petron Tri-Activ ROK Karting Super Series at Clark International Speedway over the weekend.

Kim, the top entry of Empire-Red Bull Racing, bested Anton of Edgesport Racing by a mere 0.115 of a second in the hotly-disputed fourth leg to move closer to the overall title.

Zachary David settled for third in the nine-lap race despite topping the Qualifying and Pre-Final races, followed by Joharry Suba at fourth spot.

The photo-finish victory raised Kim’s series total to 485 points, 127 clear of the second-running David (358). Anton lay third with 276, his title bid hurt by his absence in the Palawan leg.
