The imports of Bureau of Customs won’t be suiting up sooner than expected amid concerns with their clearance papers.

In a statement, Sports Vision President Ricky Palou said the coaching staff of the Transformers was not able to get the clearance for Thai nationals Kanjana Kuthaisong and Nattanicha Jaisaen to play in the Shakey’s V-League Reinforced Conference.

Palou said BOC’s coaching staff was not able to access the Volleyball Information System (VIS) that contains the papers for the International Transfer Certificate.

“Apparently, the access codes provided to the LVPI [Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas, Inc.] have been denied,” said Palou in the statement Wednesday.

Jaisaen is a member of national women’s volleyball team of Thailand and plays club volleyball for the under-18 team of Bangkok Glass.

Palou said they have requested assistance from the FIVB to “resolve this and to ascertain what occurred with the access codes.”

BOC is playing against Laoag at Philsports Arena as of posting.
