Valdez to make Thai League debut against Bangkok Glass

Alyssa Valdez is set to make her international debut in the Thai League and it will be against a team Philippine volleyball spectators are fully aware of.

As per the league’s official Twitter account, Valdez will make her first appearance as 3BB Nakornnont’s foreign reinforcement in the team’s match against powerhouse Bangkok Glass on Saturday.

Valdez received her International Transfer Certificate on Sunday but she wasn’t able to play in their match against King-Bangkok VC.

This will be the first time Valdez will get to square off against Pleumjit Thinkaow who led Bangkok Glass in the AVC Asian Women’s Club Championship and the FIVB Women’s Club World Championship, both of which were played in the Philippines.
