Palawan karters out to shine

Twelve karting aces from Palawan try to crowd their rivals from Manila and Cebu today when the 2017 Petron ROK Karting Super Series blasts off with its opening leg at Palawan International Circuit in Puerto Princesa City.

Rahan Dale Dolor and Prime Tejada head the Palaweños bid in the premier X30 Senior class, with Ricardo Nacachi Jr., Efren Tejada, William Tan, Ephraim Mandal and Rolando Dolor vying for the title in the X30 Veterans race. —STEVE SILVA, CONTRIBUTOR
