UFC’s Ronda Rousey, Travis Browne get engaged

Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne are engaged.
The former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Women’s Bantamweight Champion confirmed to TMZ Sports that she and her beau, also a UFC fighter, are walking down the aisle anytime.
“We’re getting married,” Rousey, 30, announced while showing her sparkling diamond ring. The couple said that the engagement happened under a waterfall in New Zealand, where they vacationed last week. Although no definite date has been set for their big day, UFC President Dana White expressed delight saying, “I’m very happy for Ronda, and I’m looking forward to the wedding,” according to the news site.

Following months of speculations, Rousey confirmed their relationship in 2015 via ESPN: “It’s true that Travis and I are in a relationship. I’ve really enjoyed the time we have spent together and getting to know one another. And that’s all I’m going to say about it.”

Browne, 34, admitted their relationship in an interview with MMAFighting.com, “She’s my woman, and I’m her man. There’s no boyfriend-girlfriend stuff. There’s no dating. We’re together,” he explained.
Rousey ripped down gender barriers and emerged as UFC’s first female champion back in 2012. But her reign in the Octagon declined after suffering back-to-back losses to Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes.
