Pint-sized guard Francis Munsayac sparkled in overtime as Emilio Aguinaldo College picked up its first victory, stunning Adamson, 76-73, on Monday in the Filoil Flying V Premier Cup in San Juan.

Taking cue from Sidney Onwubere and Hamadou Laminou, who kept the Generals in the game in regulation, Munsayac helped finish off the Falcons with timely baskets in extra period as the Generals improved to 1-2.

Coach Ariel Sison’s team is coming off a 79-54 beating from San Sebastian.

Munsayac finished with 13 points and nine rebounds, while Onwubere and Laminou combined for 44.

San Sebastian thumped Mapua, 76-63, in the other game.
