Blue Eagles share bonfire celebration with other Ateneo champion teams

On a festive night of celebration, Ateneo’s most famous team shared the gleam of the bonfire with the schools other champion teams.
Ateneo’s men’s judo, men’s swimming, and women’s swimming teams joined the Blue Eagles in celebration of their title victories in UAAP Season 80 in the bonfire celebration Saturday.

Ateneo head coach Tab Baldwin said he’s glad they were able to share the spotlight with other teams who likewise won a UAAP championship this season.

“I’m happy that we can share the championship with the other champion teams,” said Baldwin.
Blue Eagles outgoing captain Vince Tolentino lit up the bonfire as the Ateneo faithful sang the school hymn in unison.
