Bullang finals today
MANILA—The Grand finale of the “NFGB Bullang Bullang National 7-Bullstag Derby,” featuring more than 80 fights will be held today at the Araneta Coliseum.
The bullstag series, which drew a total of 1,087 participants, is spearheaded by the National Federation of Gamefowl Breeders, composed of over 3,000 gamefowl breeders.
Twenty participants with similar 5-0 (win-loss) slates head the cast in today’s 2-bullstag finals.
The leaders are Mackoy Recto, Nick Lutero, Remy Ilano, Jose Tico, Butchoy Olano, Edgar Santos, Pablo Gutierrez, Ali Intino, Junior Ventura, Necy Katigbak, Lando Directo, Alfonso Namuhe, Ramon Conopio, Sony Jove, LJ Sumulong, Paul Melchor, Elmer David, TJ Marquez, Dadoy Castro and Hermie Recio.
After this event, the NFGB will prepare for the “2011 National Bakbakan 10-Stag Derby,” said NFGB president Ricoy Palmares Jr.
