June Mar Fajardo: Best Player of Conference and Finals MVP

For his tireless efforts throughout five games, San Miguel star center June Mar Fajardo was named the 2018 PBA Philippine Cup Finals Most Valuable Player.

Fajardo, who is also the Best Player of the Conference, averaged 24.4 points 16.2 rebounds, two assists and three blocks in the series against the tough Magnolia bigs.

He saved his best performance for last, towing the Beermen to a grueling 108-99 title-sealing victory where he poured 42 points and 20 rebounds in almost an hour of action in the floor.

This was Fajardo’s second Finals MVP award, last winning it after San Miguel’s 2015 PBA Governors’ Cup conquest.
