Ledesma is new table tennis chief

FORMER national player Ting Ledesma was elected president of the Table Tennis Association of the Philippines in the association’s general assembly over the weekend.
Ledesma, chosen by 24 out of 26 regional presidents, vowed to strengthen the association’s ties with other table tennis stake holders all over the country by holding tournaments and clinics nationwide.
Arnel Berroya, Tatap’s acting head before Ledesma took office, was elected vice president. The other officers are Maria Teresa Deniega, treasurer; Nico Cawed, auditor; lawyer Domingo Panlilio, chair; and Annie Andanar, secretary general. June Navarro
