Big Pasay derby gets going

A GUARANTEED purse of P1.5 million will be at stake in the EP Roosterville Big Event 6-Cock Derby which fires off today with more than 90 fights at Pasay City Cockpit.

Among the top-flight cockers and breeders seeing action in the derby sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor 3000 are Gov. Eddie Bong Plaza and Ting Coscoluella: Joey and Buboy delos Santos, Jun Cuello, Gerry Ramos, Rodolfo Pineda, Patrick Antonio, Rep. Peter Unabia, Pol Estrellado, Emil Chua, Gov. Ito Ynares, Dori Du of Davao, Paolo Malvar, Escolin Brothers, Bebot Roxas and LB Candelaria.

Up next at PCC is the semifinal round of the 1st Sagupaan National 9-Cock Derby on Monday.

The 535 Balik-Pasay One-Cock Super Ulutan sizzles on May 2 with 300 entries.
