NCA World Championship Derby winner known today

THE WINNER of the World Championship Derby will be known today as the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) stages the event’s third and last day at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Three entries—“CJJT Pleasant” of T. Sevilla, Jay-R Tolentino, and Charlie Gayoso; “SJC of Bong Pineda; and “Ibaan” of Ramon Mancenares—lead the pack with 4 points each.

In second place with 3 points each are “San Mateo” of Ansel Cordora, “CPB JGT AAO” of Rep. Claude Bautista, “Wild Whammy” of Philip Chiongbian, “SF Firefly 11” of Bebot Uy, “San Leo” and “Sophia” of Mayor Elan Nagano, “Lucky Chance Binangonan Combine” of Rene Medina and former governor Ito Ynares, “BST Binangonan” of Boy Torres, “Sicaba” of Blandy Tolentino, “Goldquest Champions” of Osang dela Cruz, and “Hummer 99” of Romy Lim.

The champion of the derby sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor will have a huge edge in the 2012 NCA Cocker of the Year race.
