FEU rolls over Emilio Aguinaldo College in Filoil Preseason Cup

MANILA, Philippines – Far Eastern University rolled over a depleted Emilio Aguinaldo College side, 76-61, Saturday in the 2012 FilOil Flying V Preseason Hanes Cup at the Arena in San Juan.

RR Garcia topscored with 19 points while Terrence Romeo shot 18 points as the Tamaraws notched their sixth win in seven stints.

FEU broke loose from a slim halftime lead as its defense tightened up.

Garcia drove for a swooping layup that put the Tams ahead, 69-50, midway through the final quarter.

Remy Morada led the Generals, who only had seven players, with 13 points.
