Global FC bags 2012 UFL title after 1-1 draw vs Loyola

MANILA, Philippines—Global FC hung on to a 1-1 draw against Loyola and that was enough to edge Kaya for the 2012 UFL title on goal difference Tuesday night at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium
Izzo Elhabbib ended the goalless run with a header off a ball by David Basa at the 66th minute.
Hyo Il Kim went for the equalizer at the 75th.
Earlier, Nate Burkey put the pressure on Global as he struck a goal at the 43rd minute that proved to be enough as Kaya edged Stallion, 1-0.
