Talk ’N Text shuts down Meralco, stays alive
MANILA, Philippines—Ranidel de Ocampo finally found his groove to lead Talk ‘N Text to an easy win over Meralco, 108-84, Wednesday night to keep its Finals bid going in the PBA Governors Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
De Ocampo, who missed all of his 10 attempts from the field in the Texters’ loss to the B-Meg Llamados, flirted with a perfect offensive game as he made eight of his nine shots. He also went five of five from the line and scattered five rebounds, four assists and two blocks.
TNT needs to sweep all of its remaining three semis games to book a Finals ticket.

Japeth Aguilar added a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds.
The Texters set the tone early and didn’t slow down up to the final buzzer.
