By

MANILA, Philippines—Aldrech Ramos’ moment donning a Barako Bull jacket didn’t last long.

Barako Bull shipped the FEU standout to B-Meg in exchange for the 2012 12th overall pick, Sean Anthony, who was earlier acquired by the Llamados from Global Port.

The Energy Cola, meanwhile, used the pick to choose burly Dave Marcelo of San Beda in the 2012 PBA Rookie Draft at Robinsons Midtown Manila.

Fil-Palestinian Yousef Taha, who had a brief stint with Mapua and Cebuana Lhuiller in the PBA D-League, was chosen first in the second round by Air 21.

NU’s Jewel Ponferrada was picked up by B-Meg as the 13th overall pick while Fil-American AJ Mandani came in next as Global Port’s 14th pick.

Guards Lester Alvarez and Emman Monfort was chosen by Barako Bull Energy as 15th and 16th pick, respectively, to bolster its back court this coming PBA season.

Kelly Nabong was chosen by Meralco as the 17th overall pick while UP’s Woody Co was selected by Barako Bull.

UE’s Raffy Reyes, who also suited up for Big Chill, was picked up by Alaska while Talk ’N Text added another shooter to its roster by acquiring Jaypee Belencion to wrap up the second round.
