MANILA, Philippines — Though more aggressive on the attack, the Philippines and Cambodia are still stuck in a scoreless tie at halftime in a friendly match Wednesday in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
PH’s top striker Phil Younghusband had several chances in the first half, and so did Chieffy Caligdong whose good long range effort in the 45th minute went straight to the Cambodian keeper.
The Azkals are on a three-country tour, Singapore on Friday and Laos on Monday, as a part of its build up for the AFF Suzuki Cup in November.
