PH goalkeeper Neil Etheridge loaned from Fulham to Bristol Rovers

By

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine national team goalkeeper Neil Etheridge will be suiting up with Bristol Rovers on a month-long loan from Fulham, the club confirmed.

Etheridge, who made his first team debut with Fulham in UEFA Europa late last year, will have a chance help the Rovers turn things around.

Bristol is at the cellar at 23rd place with zero victories after six matches.

The 22-year-old Fil-British was with the Philippine Azkals in the squad’s three-country Asean tour recently, where they conceded two goals in the 1-2 loss to Laos.

Etheridge has been a mainstay for the Philippine side with 36 appearances.
