Araneta ‘Big Event’ draws 73 entries

THE 73-ENTRY AA Cobra Big Event 8-Stag Derby holds its championship round on Monday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The finale, which caps a stagfest that opened last Thursday, will banner more than 100 fights with a staggering P5 million on the line.

Straight eight stags will be allowed in Monday’s championship round.

Leading derbyists from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Dumaguete, Zambales, Tarlac, Pampanga and Pangasinan are gunning for the title.
