PGBDA Stagfighter race resumes at Pasay today
THE “2012 PGBDA Stagfighter of the Year” race resumes at 12 noon today at Pasay City Cockpit with a big 5-stag derby featuring more than 100 fights.
The derby is the second leg of the Pilipinas Gamefowl Breeders Derby Association (PGBDA) stag series. The third and final leg is on Dec. 7.
The frontrunners with five points each are Dr. Nino Mabanta (Zajoma Farms), Mike Tolentino (Sta. Ursula) and Rhona Bullecer (Happy Birthday Mam Rhona Feb. 11 Pasay).
Trailing them are PGBDA president Serge Capistrano, William Go, Doc Ayong Lorenzo, Henry Capuchino, Wilvin Sy, Ricky Castillo, Nelson Uy, Ayong Lorenzo, Willard Ty, Bobby Doromal, LJ Sumulong, Osang dela Cruz, Buddy Robrigado and Joseph Chua.
PCC will also also be the venue of the “10 M Digmaan Pambansa 9-Stag Derby” on Nov. 16, 19 and 26. The events offer a guaranteed prize of P10 million. For inquiries, call 8431890 and 8431746.
