Hope, CSA tossers gain in Shakey’s opener

HOPE Christian School knocked down Miriam College, 25-17, 25-9, to kick off its title retention bid in the Shakey’s Girls’ Volleyball League NCR leg at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum last Friday.
Colegio San Agustin also gained in the early going of the tournament sponsored by Shakey’s Pizza and organized by Metro Sports, turning back Angelicum College, 19-25, 26-24, 25-14, in Pool B.
