/ 01:37 AM December 15, 2012

JULIA delos Angeles is out to prove she is more than just a pretty face.

The newest discovery of Tuason Racing School is set to make her mark next year following her impressive maiden stint in the recent 2012 Coca-Cola Formula Cadet Cup and Mini-ROK Cup at Carmona Racetrack.

Delos Angeles, a product of this year’s Champions of the Future Series, displayed her potential when she captured the Formula Cadet Novice overall second runner-up honors on her first actual competitive race.

Her training under the Tuason Racing School Race Career Management Program (TRS-RCMP), a brainchild of TRS Founder and president JP Tuason, equipped her with the competitive skills and confidence to achieve the amazing feat.

“Julia reminds us of Michele Bumgarner when she started with us and who knows, she might just follow Michele’s track record and career path,” said Tuason.

“And seeing her natural talent in racing, we wouldn’t be surprised if she’ll be a karting champ in the future.”

Competing in karting races is a complete turnaround from her interest in sophisticated classical arts particularly ballet and violin.
