PSG hosts 100 fights today

A big showdown of Rizal and Metro Manila cockers will highlight the grand finals of Noche Buena Sa PSG 5-Cock Derby with more than 100 fights today at Pasig Square Garden.
Seven entries—Colt 45, LMBA, Iron Throne, Stranger, Pateros Jan. 8, Angelo Kenneth and Joselle Jerome—currently lead the field with three wins each from derbies held Dec. 13 and 17.
More than 30 new participants will field five cocks today, said PSG promoter Vinz Barabara.
A guaranteed prize of P1.3 million is at stake with the champion getting P700,000 plus lechon. Four-pointers will get P250,000 while three-pointers will receive P200,000 plus lechon.
As PSG’s Christmas gift, paying patrons will be treated to a free dinner and will get a chance to win big prizes in the raffle draw. A brand new motorcycle was raffled off last Dec. 13 and P25,000 last Dec. 17.
