MANILA, Philippines—James Yap scored a game-high 34 points as San Mig Coffee beat Rain or Shine, 106-82, to even their best-of-seven semifinals series at 1-1 Friday in the 38th PBA Philippine Cup at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Yap shot 16 points in the pivotal third period alone, where the Mixers took control.
San Mig Coffee overcame an early nine point deficit as its offense clicked.
