HUA HIN, Thailand—The Philippines’ Miguel Tabuena and Mark Fernando  stood on the cut line after three rounds of the Asian Tour Qualifying School Final Stage Friday. Tabuena  shot a 71 while Fernando carded a 68 for a 54-hole of 210 that dropped them in a nine-man group for 39th place. Only the top 40 and ties after four rounds will earn their Asian Tour cards for 2013. Michael Bibat carded a 72 for 212 to tie for 61st while Charles Hong had a 73 for 213 and was in 75th.  Asian Tour News
