Tigers rout Bulldogs, score second win

MANILA, Philippines – University of Santo Tomas banked on a strong start to crush the National University, 104-89, for its second straight win and the solo lead in the 72nd UAAP mens basketball tournament at the Araneta Coliseum.

Dylan Ababou exploded for 30 points while Khasim Mirza added 19 points and 12 rebounds for the UST.

Defending champs Ateneo de Manila are also eyeing their second straight win as they collide against University of the East in the second game.
